Trying to reach someone to get assistance is like pulling a needle out of a hay stack. The many problems I had yesterday (10/6/2025) just demostrated why I will NOT be leasing several units here. I went yesterday to get some assistance with renting several units and 1. There is no office. 2. NO one never answers the phone accept the answering service who clearly doesn't assist with anything but to take a message and even if its during regular so called business hours when they said they are open. Thankfully yesterday I was met by John the facility maintence guy who was so very helpful (thank God for Him). He let me see a few units and I tried to lease online and reserve but the system stated it didnt recognize me as a tenant (of course it didnt I was trying to set it up as directed per their email directions.) So I called the phone number listed many times (7xs) only to get the answering service then was told by them " oh they are closed and that they closed at 5." It was 4:32pm CST here and she told me well its 5 here and they are closed. There was nothing posted on any of the buildings stating that the office hours whatever they may be are not in the same time zone where the building is located (according to the answering service). John also tried calling several people to get help and no one answered as well as whoever the lady is that handles the leasing part (per John) voicemail box was full. This is NOT the way to run a business especially if you are not going to be on site. At least have all your systems in place and make sure they work seamlessly so that you are not losing business. I will also be leaving a yelp review and google review to warn others of the dissatisfaction of this business. I can only imagine the headache of trying to get in touch with someone if something were to happen on the property or any issues with accounts. 10/07/2025- Called again today to see if I could get some assistance and it was 10:47 am CST and was again met with the answering service. I asked if the office was opened and she responded with can I get a phone number and name and I'll have someone call you back. I'm still waiting on a callback from the many messages I left yesterday! RUN RUN RUN AND DONT LEASE HERE!!!! ****Update 10/09/2025*** I had the opportunity to receive several calls from Tamara from Castleroad Storage. One call on yesterday and one call today. On yesterday she apoligized for any inconvience and the service I did not receive. She also explained why the miscommunication happened and will do everything to correct it. She again apoligized several times and offered should I change my mind and decide to do business with them that she would not only extend the current promotion but also give me another discount on my first month's rent. I advised her that I had already purchased another unit at another facility and she stated that should I change my mind they would love to have my business. Once again before disconnecting she apoligized again. Well today I recieved another call from Tamara and she advised that she had spoke with the owner and they wanted to compensate me for my inconvience by covering my first month's rent at the facility where I rented. Talk about INTEGRITY!!!!!! And within minutes I received the funds to cover my rent at the facility I rented a unit at. She again apoligized on the phone as well as sent me a text message stating the same. One thing I can appreciate is that they took a wrong and made it right! Having integrity and taking ownership is huge for company and I can commend them for that. I also hope that this is an opportunity for them to take another look at thier processes and make them even better. I wish this business well and wish them much success. Who knows I may just reconsider since they are closer to my offices. :)

The units are spotless, and it’s clear they take pride in maintaining a clean facility. They also offer a variety of unit sizes, so no matter what you need to store, they have options to suit every need. I couldn’t ask for a better storage experience—highly recommend!

This storage company is excellent! Good variety of unit sizes. I needed a small one and they’ve got me covered. Access to my unit was quick and easy, the building looked clean and secure. Friendly and helpful staff. Could not find any better storage in this area.
